We provide one on one care with an individualized treatment plan. Your entire appointment time will be spent with Dr. Deason, not a therapy tech or aid.
In Nevada you can see us without a referral (although you will need one for an out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider if applicable).
While we may accept some insurers in the future, we are currently a self-pay clinic. This allows us to develop a plan of care free from insurance constraints.
Meadow is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy dedicated to a truly whole-person approach to wellness. With a background in neurorehabilitation and mental health, she understands the deep connection between the pelvic floor and the nervous system. Meadow blends nervous system regulation, manual techniques, and lifestyle design to help her clients move beyond symptoms and toward true healing. She has extensive training in pelvic floor health, holding a certification as a Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner and in Trauma-Informed Pelvic Health. She has also completed Level 1 training from Herman and Wallace.

Meadow was born and raised in southwest Colorado, living most of her primary school years on the Southern Ute reservation. Meadow graduated from Taylor University in 1999. After a rich variety of professional experiences, she earned her doctorate in occupational therapy from Huntington University in 2019. She completed her doctoral capstone in non-pharmacological chronic pain management, creating a continuing education course. She is a contributing author on the AOTA position paper for the role of occupational therapy in pain management. She has enjoyed the variety of settings and roles occupational therapy offers. Driven in part from her own pelvic health journey, she began training to specialize in pelvic health in 2023. Meadow lives in Reno with her amazing husband of 26 years and two fantastic children. She enjoys all things outdoors when not in the office.

Choosing a certified pelvic health practitioner ensures your care is rooted in advanced clinical expertise and evidence-based techniques that go far beyond general wellness advice. While other clinics may offer basic support, a certified specialist has undergone rigorous training to perform the precise internal assessments and targeted interventions necessary for complex dysfunction. This higher standard of credentialing provides patients with a safer, more effective path to recovery, minimizing trial-and-error and prioritizing long-term functional success.

As a Certified Pelvic Health Practitioner with a background in Occupational Therapy, we bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and the practical demands of your daily life. Unlike general clinics that may only focus on muscle strength, our specialized training allows us to integrate pelvic recovery directly into your most essential activities—from parenting and exercise to intimacy and workplace ergonomics. This unique approach ensures that your progress isn't just measured in the clinic, but in your ability to return to the activities you love with total confidence.

We know that pelvic health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Our occupational therapy training, combined with a certification in trauma-informed pelvic health, allows us to look at the "whole person" through a lens of safety and nervous system regulation. We don’t just treat the pelvic floor; we evaluate how stress, sensory factors, and lifestyle habits impact your symptoms. By prioritizing a compassionate, trauma-sensitive environment, we ensure your recovery is not only comprehensive but also respects your body’s unique history and boundaries.
